Utah Genealogical Association

The society is a non-profit making, educational association organised on 25 September 1971 and chartered on 1 December 1971.  

If you are directly descended from someone who was living in Utah prior to it becoming a State in 1896 you are able to obtain a First Families of Utah Certificate from the Society on payment of a fee.

The association has several different Chapters, which incorporate:

  • South Davis

Their publications include 'Crossroads', their official quarterly publication, and the UGA Newsletter.

Carbon County Historical Society
