Hampshire Family History Society – Hampshire Genealogical Society was formed in 1973 to promote and encourage genealogical research. It now has nearly 4000 members Worldwide.

Society Resource Centre

Their resource centre is located at 52 Northern Road, Cosham, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO6 3DP. 

Centre Parking

Limited parking is available at the Centre, but car parks are available in Cosham centre. 

Parking is accessible at the Centre for disabled visitors, but you are asked to contact them in advance so they can ensure a place is available for you.

If travelling by public transport, the train station is within walking distance, and Stagecoach and First Bus buses both stop nearby.

The Society is prepared to search their index for a specific name, but they make a charge to people wishing to take advantage of this service.
