Shickshinny Historical Society

The society serves the lower end of Luzerne County and part of Columbia County.

The society was incorporated on 13 February 1970.  It has information regarding the Dissinger/Dysinger, Mayer/Meyer/Moyer, Mundell/Sharp, Reber, Strause/Strauss and Servey/Zerbe Family Trees on their site.

Many publications are available for sale, which comprise Die Shilgrut fun der Tulpehock, Genealogy Books and Cemetery Inscriptions.
