The association was founded in 1980. From 1996 to 2002 members collected and transcribed tombstone and sexton record information from 71 cemeteries in the region of Pikes Peak.
Over 84000 entries from cemeteries in El Paso and Teller Counties were transcribed and published in 11 books, and these books are now available on CD.Website:
